Terms & Conditions

Entrants and guests of entrants must be over the age of 18 as of 01/10/2024.
Entrants must own or have consent to use a private kitchen and dining room located in the Greater London Area for the duration of the evening.
The location for the private dining experience is limited to the Greater London Area, and therefore entrants must be based within this area.
Entrants must not be in any way employed or affiliated to K1tchen 3xperience or to Chef Jo.
The form on this page is the only valid means of entry to this competition. Attempts to enter via any other means (e.g., email, post, etc.) will not be considered.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Additional entries from the same person will not be counted and may result in disqualification.
Competition entry is valid between 00:00 on 01/10/2024 to 23:59 on 15/10/2024. Entries submitted before or after these dates will not be considered.
The submission of false information will result in immediate disqualification from the competition.
The Winner will be chosen at random from the pool of entrants. Each entrant will have an equal chance of winning, with no bias towards any factors.
The Winner will be contacted via the email address provided on 16/10/2024. The winner will then have 48 hours to respond and confirm receipt. Failure to respond within that time may result in the prize being withdrawn and offered to another entrant.
The Organiser reserves the right to verify the identity of the Winner before awarding the prize. Proof of identity, age, and residency may be required.
If alcohol is requested for the dining experience, the Organiser reserves the right to verify the age of all guests in compliance with UK law. Failure to comply with identification may result in cancellation of the dining experience.
The prize consists of a full four (4) course private dining experience, with a custom selection of drinks, for up to four (4) people (i.e. the competition winner and up to three guests).
The quantity of food and drink provided is fully at the discretion of K1tchen 3xperience.
The prize includes a custom selection of drinks, including alcohol if preferred. The Winner and their guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption, and K1tchen 3xperience or Chef Jo will not be held liable for any incidents arising from it.
The Winner is able to specify food preferences, intolerances, or allergies to be catered for during the event, provided enough notice is given. K1tchen 3xperience and Chef Jo will not be held liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed allergens or dietary restrictions.
The dining experience must include the Winner, who cannot arrange the experience for others without attending themselves.
The prize is valid for 6 months from the date of the winner’s first contact.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
The Winner will be contacted by Chef Jo after confirmation of receipt of the prize to arrange the date of the dining experience, subject to Chef Jo’s availability.
K1tchen 3xperience and Chef Jo reserve the right to refuse service in the event of inappropriate or unlawful behavior by the Winner or their guests. This includes, but is not limited to, overconsumption of alcohol, the presence of illicit substances, or activities that endanger guests or staff. In such cases, the prize will be withdrawn, with no alternative compensation.
The prize does not cover any additional costs beyond the private dining experience and drinks specified. Transportation, accommodation, or any other incidental expenses are the responsibility of the Winner and their guests.
K1tchen 3xperience or Chef Jo does not take responsibility for personal or property damage during the dining experience beyond that where liability can be clearly associated with K1tchen 3xperience or Chef Jo.
Personal information submitted for this competition will be used only for verification of eligibility and communication regarding the competition, unless marketing communications have been explicitly opted in for.
Entrants have the right to request deletion of their personal information at any time. Requesting deletion before the prize draw on 16/10/2024 will result in the withdrawal of their entry from the competition.
Any personal information submitted will not be knowingly given, sold, or shared with third parties for any reason.
Giving or withdrawing consent to be contacted with promotional material will not affect the likelihood of winning the prize.
By entering this competition, the Winner consents to their and their guests' names and/or likenesses being used for promotional purposes (e.g., social media posts).
The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition or dining experience at any time if circumstances require (e.g., unforeseen or emergency circumstances, such as Chef Jo’s unavailability).
In the event that the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.
The Organiser also reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition or dining experience in the event of circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions (force majeure).
Withdrawal or cancellation of the prize or competition does not entitle entrants or the Winner to any alternative compensation, monetary or otherwise.
This competition and its terms and conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By participating, entrants agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
